A similar filtering option is also available for tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gantt Chart&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Admins, managers, and users can now view assigned tickets for themselves or all members within a project.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1918\" height=\"926\" src=\"https:\/\/www.teamtrace.app\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/11-2.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1233\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tickets without assignments appear under\u00a0<strong>Unassigned Tickets<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tickets\u00a0missing\u00a0a start date or due date will display\u00a0appropriate indicators\u00a0for easier identification.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Users can drag and drop any ticket within the project to assign or reassign it to any team member, including both unassigned and already assigned tickets.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2  class=\" wp-block-heading  scroll-offset\" id=\"mobileapp\">Mobile&nbsp;App&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Attendance Module&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Users can now manage attendance directly from the&nbsp;TeamTrace&nbsp;mobile app.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>:&nbsp;This feature is applicable only to field employees. Field employees can run the tracker from both their mobile devices and desktops\/laptops. Non-field employees&nbsp;only&nbsp;have access to the tracker on&nbsp;desktop. However, if a user runs the tracker only on&nbsp;a&nbsp;desktop\/laptop, their attendance will&nbsp;appear&nbsp;as&nbsp;absent in the mobile app because the tracker was not run on their mobile device. Therefore, this feature is intended specifically for the on-field workforce.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
