Revamped Task Section <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After logging in, navigate to the task section\u00a0and click on any of the existing task\u00a0lists.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

Next, click on the\u00a0\u201c+\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0button to add a new task to this list.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Previously, the customer details\u00a0were not populated when creating a task. After this\u00a0update, the\u00a0customer’s\u00a0name and address\u00a0are\u00a0auto-populated<\/strong>.\u00a0If needed, the creator of this task can update the address manually for this specific task only.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Additionally,\u00a0below the\u00a0Assign\u00a0To<\/strong>\u00a0field, users can now\u00a0update the\u00a0custom fields<\/strong>\u00a0for\u00a0any task.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Note<\/strong>: The addition of custom field can only be done via the web portal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required:<\/strong>\u00a0When set to\u00a0YES<\/strong>, the field becomes mandatory in the task. When set to\u00a0NO<\/strong>, it is optional.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n\n
Visible:<\/strong>\u00a0Controls whether the field is visible within the task.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
Selfie During Task Start\/End <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

While starting any task with the tracker assigned, admins can now require\u00a0selfie verification<\/strong>\u00a0from the user working on that task at the time of start.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

The selfie control can be managed from the web platform under\u00a0Settings > Field Settings > Field Task<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Conveyance Claim Report <\/h3>\n\n\n\n
All details related to tasks that have been run (punched in\/out) on the mobile app will be visible in this report. This provides a consolidated view of field activity for reporting and reimbursement purposes. <\/p>\n\n\n

Auto-Pilot (Mobile) <\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Previously, only web alerts<\/strong> for specific scenarios could be configured. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
With this update, admins can now set up mobile alerts<\/strong> for specific scenarios as well, offering the same level of control available for web alerts. <\/p>\n\n\n

Field People Detailed Timesheet > Break Count <\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Break counts, representing the number of breaks taken between the last logout and the next login from the mobile app, are now displayed in the Field People Detailed Timesheet<\/strong> section. This addition provides greater visibility into employee work patterns throughout the day. <\/p>\n\n\n
