You can now set up logical relationships between tasks, ensuring that workflows stay in sync and no task jumps the queue before its time.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What are Task Dependencies?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Task dependencies define how one task relates to another in terms of execution and timing. You can now link tasks with these four powerful dependency types:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Finish to Start (FtS)<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Task B can\u2019t start until Task A finishes.<\/strong>&nbsp;<br><em>Common in waterfall models where one task must be completed before the next begins<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TeamTrace in Action:<\/strong>&nbsp;<br>In the screenshots below, <strong>Task #SHO-146<\/strong> is blocked by <strong>#SHO-147<\/strong> using FtS. If you try to move Task #SHO-146 to \u201cIn Progress\u201d while Task #SHO-147 is still in \u201cTo Do,\u201d TeamTrace instantly warns you with a conflict message:&nbsp;<br><em>&#8220;This issue is blocked by another open issue. Before they can <strong>wrap up the task<\/strong> and leave the site, a <strong>replacement technician<\/strong> (<strong>Task B<\/strong>) must arrive and <strong>begin their shift<\/strong> to continue monitoring or perform the next set of diagnostics.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this case:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Task A (First technician\u2019s shift) cannot finish<\/strong> until&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Task B (Second technician\u2019s shift) has started<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This Start to Finish (StF) setup is <strong>crucial for high-risk environments<\/strong> like power plants, telecom towers, or remote oil rigs, where leaving the site unmanned could lead to safety issues, service interruptions, or compliance violations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Intelligent Conflict Alerts&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TeamTrace doesn&#8217;t just link tasks. It actively prevents missteps. If you try to move a blocking task backwards in the workflow (e.g., from \u201cDone\u201d back to \u201cTo Do\u201d), TeamTrace will detect any conflicting active dependencies and stop you until all linked tasks are realigned.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to Use It?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to any Project &gt; Task &gt; Click any Card (Ticket or Task) you wish to.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A dynamic right-side panel will open up.
