Custom Ticket Import
Admins and managers can now import custom tickets directly into TeamTrace.
How it works:
- Open any project from your project list.
- Navigate to the Backlog tab.
- Click on Import Ticket and select Custom from the dropdown menu.
- Download the sample CSV file and fill in the mandatory fields (Title and Status).
- Map CSV columns to the correct system fields.
- Map the CSV status values to system statuses and click Import.
Once completed, the new tickets will be created and visible inside the Backlog.
Note: Tickets can only be imported into the Backlog section and cannot be imported directly on the board.
Filter by Ticket Creation Date
Users can now filter tickets by creation date within projects. A similar filtering option is also available for tasks.

Gantt Chart
Admins, managers, and users can now view assigned tickets for themselves or all members within a project.
- Tickets without assignments appear under Unassigned Tickets.
- Tickets missing a start date or due date will display appropriate indicators for easier identification.
- Users can drag and drop any ticket within the project to assign or reassign it to any team member, including both unassigned and already assigned tickets.
Attendance Module
Users can now manage attendance directly from the TeamTrace mobile app.
Note: This feature is applicable only to field employees. Field employees can run the tracker from both their mobile devices and desktops/laptops. Non-field employees only have access to the tracker on desktop. However, if a user runs the tracker only on a desktop/laptop, their attendance will appear as absent in the mobile app because the tracker was not run on their mobile device. Therefore, this feature is intended specifically for the on-field workforce.
Features include:
- View logged work hours from mobile devices.
- Color-coded attendance indicators:
- Red: Below half-day working hour threshold
- Blue: Meets half-day working hours
- Green: Meets full-day working hours
Users can also:
- Track pending, approved, and rejected leaves (same experience as the web portal)
Filter by Ticket Creation Date
Users can now filter their tasks, tickets, and projects by creation date within the mobile app.
Punch-Out Time / Last Active Time
Admins can now view:
- Last active time for the current day
- Previous day’s punch-out time for field employees
This improves visibility into field workforce activity and attendance patterns.
Daily Work Report
This report provides a clear and day-wise breakdown of work logged across projects, tasks, and activities.
Admins and managers can:
- Track time spent by work type
- Review individual contributions
- Gain visibility into daily effort and productivity trends
Custom People ID
Admins can now create custom employee IDs when adding individuals manually or while importing people into the platform.
People Bulk Import
Admins and managers can bulk import people using CSV files.
- Fill required fields (marked with an asterisk *)
- Map CSV columns to corresponding system fields
- Complete the import process
Bulk Import
Admins and managers can now bulk import customers.
- Click on Import Customers.
- Download the sample CSV. Fill in mandatory fields such as Customer Name, Email, and Branch.
- Upload the file and map CSV/XLSX columns with system fields.
- Click Import to complete.
