We encourage you to review the updates and explore how these new capabilities can be leveraged to further enhance your team’s productivity and efficiency.
Customer Module
- Users can now add customers directly from the mobile app.
- After logging in, click on more.
- Then click on the ‘+’ icon.
- Here in the UI, you can fill in the customer details as per your needs.
Note: Contact name, company name, customer email, and branch are mandatory fields and must be filled up for inserting a customer into the platform.
- Once added, the new customer can be viewed in the customer list.
Revamped Task Section
- After logging in, navigate to the task section and click on any of the existing task lists.
- Next, click on the “+” button to add a new task to this list.
Previously, the customer details were not populated when creating a task. After this update, the customer’s name and address are auto-populated. If needed, the creator of this task can update the address manually for this specific task only.
Additionally, below the Assign To field, users can now update the custom fields for any task.
Note: The addition of custom field can only be done via the web portal.
- Custom Fields can be added from the screen below.
Two key configuration options are available:
- Required: When set to YES, the field becomes mandatory in the task. When set to NO, it is optional.
- Visible: Controls whether the field is visible within the task.
Selfie During Task Start/End
- While starting any task with the tracker assigned, admins can now require selfie verification from the user working on that task at the time of start.
- The same selfie verification process can also be applied when stopping the task.
- All notifications related to this task can be seen in the notification bar of the user’s smartphone.
- The selfie control can be managed from the web platform under Settings > Field Settings > Field Task.
Conveyance Claim Report
All details related to tasks that have been run (punched in/out) on the mobile app will be visible in this report. This provides a consolidated view of field activity for reporting and reimbursement purposes.
Auto-Pilot (Mobile)
Previously, only web alerts for specific scenarios could be configured.
With this update, admins can now set up mobile alerts for specific scenarios as well, offering the same level of control available for web alerts.
Field People Detailed Timesheet > Break Count
Break counts, representing the number of breaks taken between the last logout and the next login from the mobile app, are now displayed in the Field People Detailed Timesheet section. This addition provides greater visibility into employee work patterns throughout the day.
